How do I measure for my strap?

Measure your current strap as in the images to the right. Put the length adjuster in the same position you would use while playing your instrument ( playing position). Now, as shown, lay the strap in this position along side a tape-measure and measure the strap from the top edge of the leather part to the end of the hook. Compare your measurement with the list below to find your length-group quickly and easily: CS // S // M // L // XL // or the Deluxe Bari Sax-Strap.

As a guide to identify the best solution for you consider the following:

If as an example you measure your current strap and it is 53cm then you need the M 57 cm model because the 52 cm model is too short. If you measure 51,5 cm the S or SM 52 cm model will be perfect.

Result: The model you choose shall be the same or slightly bigger than your current  measurement in the playing position.

Every model has a range of about 8 or 9 cm, not more,  where you can move the length adjuster up and down.”

The image shows the strap in the playing position 49 cm.

Exact measurement is important!
